  "text": "Social Security\nMade 9th June 2015\nLaid before Parliament 11th June 2015\nComing into force 3rd August 2015\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6(1)(c) and (3), 7(3)(a), 32 and 42(2) of, and paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012 .\nIn accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Secretary of State has referred the proposals for these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.",
