  "text": "Social Security\nMade 7th September 2015\nLaid before Parliament 10th September 2015\nComing into force 11th April 2016\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8(3)(a), 40 and 42(1), (2) and (6) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.\nIn accordance with section 173(1)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Social Security Advisory Committee has agreed that the proposals for these Regulations need not be referred to it.",
