  "long_title": "These Regulations, which come into operation on 19th April 1978, amend the Universities and College Estates Act 1925 by substituting, in section 10(1), the word “area” for the word “acreage” and, in section 15(1), the words “0.40 hectare” for the words “one acre” and the words “two hectares” for the words “five acres”. The effect of the substitution in section 15(1) is to reduce slightly the area that may be granted by a University or College for any purpose mentioned in section 15(1)(i), (ii) and (iii) (the conversion of one acre being 0.405 ha and of five acres being 2.025 ha).",
