# The Universities and College Estates Act 1925 (Amendment) Regulations 1978, Paragraph 2


In section 15(1) (power of a university or college to grant land for public and charitable purposes),—
(i) for the words “one acre” there shall be substituted the words “0.40 hectare”;
(ii) for the words “five acres” there shall be substituted the words “two hectares”.
