  "text": "(1) A university or college has in relation to land belonging to the university or college all the powers of an absolute owner.\n(2) The power conferred by subsection (1) is subject to—\n(a) any restriction, condition or limitation imposed by, or arising under, any enactment,\n(b) any rule of law or equity, or\n(c) the statutes regulating the university or college.",
