  "text": "In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires—\n“the appointed day”, in reference to an existing body, means such day as may be agreed by the College and that body under section 3 below;\n“the charter” means the charter incorporating the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, granted by His late Majesty King George the Sixth on 9th December 1938 and revised on 21st May 1947;\n“the College” means University College London;\n“existing body” means the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine, the Institute of Neurology (Queen Square) or The Institute of Child Health.",
