  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been published in substitution of the S.I. of the same number to include the correct image in paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCIVIL AVIATION\nMade 20th October 2025\nLaid before Parliament 21st October 2025\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) and (3)\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 57, paragraph 1 of Article 58 and paragraph 3(a) of Article 127 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2018 on common rules in the field of civil aviation.",
