# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 18: Insertion of Article 2A


After Article 2 (definitions), insert—
“Article 2A
Scope (operations in an enclosed area)
1 This Regulation does not apply to operations performed in an area—
(a) which is wholly or mainly enclosed, and
(b) where no uninvolved person is present.”.
