  "text": "In the Annex, in Part A, in point UAS.OPEN.020 (UAS operations in subcategory A1)—\n(a) omit point (1);\n(b) in point (2) omit from the beginning to “(5)(c),”;\n(c) in point (4)(b), for the words from the beginning to “2019/945”, substitute “other than in the case of an unmanned aircraft with an MTOM of less than 100 g”;\n(d) in point (5)—\n(i) before point (a) insert—\n“(za) has an MTOM of less than 100 g; or\n(zb) has an MTOM of less than 250 g, does not comply with the requirements in Part 1 or Part 2 of the Annex to the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and was placed on the market before 1st January 2026; or”;\n(ii) omit point (b).",
