  "text": "In the Annex, in Part A, in point UAS.OPEN.030 (UAS operations in subcategory A2)—\n(a) in point (1), at the beginning, insert “in the case of an unmanned aircraft referred to in point (3)(a),”;\n(b) after point (1), insert—\n“(1A) in the case of an unmanned aircraft referred to in point (3)(b), be conducted at a safe horizontal distance of at least 50 metres from uninvolved persons.”;\n(c) in point (3)—\n(i) the words from “is marked” to the end become point (a);\n(ii) after that point, insert—\n“; or\n(b) has an MTOM of less than 2 kg, does not comply with the requirements in Part 3 of the Annex to the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and was placed on the market before 1st January 2026.”.",
