  "text": "In the Annex, in Part A, in point UAS.OPEN.040 (UAS operations in subcategory A3)—\n(a) before point (1), insert—\n“(A1) be conducted at a safe horizontal distance of at least 50 metres from uninvolved persons;”;\n(b) after point (2), insert—\n“(2A) be conducted at a safe horizontal distance of at least 50 metres from any building;”;\n(c) before point (4)(a)—\n“(za) has an MTOM of less than 25 kg, does not comply with the requirements in Parts 3, 4 or 5 of the Annex to the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 and was placed on the market before 1st January 2026; or”;\n(d) omit point (4)(b).",
