  "text": "In Part B of the Annex (UAS operations in the ‘specific’ category)—\n(a) in point UAS.SPEC.050 (responsibilities of the UAS operator), in point (1)—\n(i) in point (d)(vi), for the words from “any” to the end, substitute “relevant restricted areas”;\n(ii) in point (e)(iii), for the words from “any” to the end, substitute “relevant restricted areas”;\n(iii) for point (l), substitute—\n“(l) except in the case of an operation under an authorisation for which the CAA has disapplied this requirement under paragraph 3A of Article 12, ensure that each individual unmanned aircraft is installed with:\n(i) at least one green flashing light for the purpose of visibility of the unmanned aircraft at night, and\n(ii) an active and up-to-date direct remote identification.”;\n(b) in UAS.SPEC.060 (responsibilities of the remote pilot), in point (2)(a), for the words from “any” to the end, substitute “relevant restricted areas”.",
