  "text": "(1) Part 2 of the Annex (requirements for a class C1 Unmanned aircraft system) is amended as follows.\n(2) After point (12), insert—\n“(12A) be capable of taking off only if the direct remote identification is functional and activated;”;\n(3) In point (13)(a), for the words from “airspace” to the “2019/947”, substitute “relevant restricted areas”.",
