# The Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Rules of Procedure) Amendment Regulations 2016, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend rule 29 of the Upper Tribunal for Scotland Rules of Procedure 2016 contained in the schedule of the Upper Tribunal for Scotland (Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2016 to provide that a request by a party for written reasons for an oral decision must be in writing.
