  "long_title": "This Order revokes and re-enacts with minor amendments the provisions of the Urban Clearways (Belfast) (No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 1981 as amended, the Urban Clearways (Londonderry) Order (Northern Ireland) 1986 as amended and the Urban Clearways (Armagh) Order (Northern Ireland) 1995. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the waiting by vehicles with certain exemptions on the carriageways of the roads and lengths of road specified in Schedule 1 (commonly referred to as “clearways”) during peak traffic periods from Monday to Friday and in some cases prohibits the waiting by vehicles at any time.",
