  "text": "The following urban development corporations shall be dissolved on 1st July 1998—\n(a) the Birmingham Heartlands Development Corporation;\n(b) the Black Country Development Corporation;\n(c) the London Docklands Development Corporation;\n(d) the Merseyside Development Corporation;\n(e) the Plymouth Development Corporation;\n(f) the Teesside Development Corporation;\n(g) the Trafford Park Development Corporation; and\n(h) the Tyne and Wear Development Corporation.",
