# Ure Elder Fund Transfer and Dissolution Act 2010, Introduction: Introductory text


An Act of the Scottish Parliament to transfer the property, rights, interests and liabilities of the Ure Elder Fund for Indigent Widow Ladies to a successor charitable trust; and for connected purposes.
The Bill for this Act of the Scottish Parliament was passed by the Parliament on 3rd March 2010 and received Royal Assent on 9th April 2010
