# Ure Elder Fund Transfer and Dissolution Act 2010, Section 3: Interpretation


In this Act—
“transferee” means the Ure Elder Trust established by Deed of Trust dated 26 August 2009 and subsequently registered in the Books of Council and Session;
“transferor” means the Ure Elder Fund for Indigent Widow Ladies incorporated by Act of Parliament under and by virtue of the Ure Elder Fund Order Confirmation Act 1906.
