# Ure Elder Fund Transfer and Dissolution Act 2010, Section 4: Short title and commencement


(1) This Act may be cited as the Ure Elder Fund Transfer and Dissolution Act 2010.
(2) This Act comes into force two months after it has received Royal Assent.
