  "text": "In section 46 of the Electricity Act (which section 22(2) substitutes for the original section 46 of that Act)—\n(a) until the appointed day for the coming into force of section 59 for any purpose which includes the exercise by the Authority of its powers under section 27A(1) of the Electricity Act (which section 59 inserts into that Act), there is omitted from the definition of “enforcement function” in subsection (10) “or 27A”; and\n(b) until the appointed day for the coming into force of section 3(1) for “Authority” in each place where it appears there is substituted “Director”.",
