Article 9 Transitional provisions

Until the appointed day for the coming into force of section 3(1), in section 33 of the Gas Act (which section 23(1) substitutes for the original section 33 of that Act) and in section 46A of the Electricity Act (which section 23(2) inserts into that Act) for “Authority” in all places where it occurs there is substituted “Director”.
