  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2000/3343 (C. 110) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nELECTRICITY\nGAS\nMade 8th May 2001\nComing into force 14th May 2001\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 110(2) and (3) of the Utilities Act 2000, hereby makes the following Order:—",
