# The Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2001, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2000/3343 (C. 110) and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.
