# The Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2001, Article 10: Transitional provisions


The commencement of paragraph 32(a) of Schedule 6 for the purpose set out in the second column of the Schedule to this Order does not have the effect of substituting section 39(1) of the Electricity Act.
