# The Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2001, Article 3: Transitional provisions


The commencement of section 30 for the purpose set out in the second column of the Schedule to this Order does not have the effect of substituting section 6 of the Electricity Act.
