# The Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2001, Article 7: Transitional provisions


The commencement of section 82(4) for the purpose set out in the second column of the Schedule to this Order does not have the effect of substituting section 23(12) of the Gas Act.
