# The Utilities Act 2000 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2001, Article 9: Transitional provisions


The commencement of paragraph 13(a) of Schedule 6 for the purpose set out in the second column of the Schedule to this Order, does not have the effect of substituting section 33A(1) and (2) of the Gas Act.
