# The Utilities Act 2000 (Transitional Provisions) (No. 2) Regulations 2001, Regulation 6: Transitional provisions


On and after the appointed day in paragraphs 1(1) and 3(1) of Schedule 9 to the Electricity Act for “generate or supply electricity” there shall be substituted “generate, transmit, distribute or supply electricity”.
