  "text": "(1) The Insolvency Act 1986 is amended as follows.\n(2) In section 233 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc)—\n(a) in subsection (3), for paragraph (b) there is substituted—\n“(b) a supply of electricity by an electricity supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Electricity Act 1989;”;\nand\n(b) subsection (5)(b) shall be omitted.\n(3) In section 372 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc in cases of individual insolvency)—\n(a) in subsection (4), for paragraph (b) there is substituted—\n“(b) a supply of electricity by an electricity supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Electricity Act 1989;”;\nand\n(b) subsection (5)(b) shall be omitted.",
