# The Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 31st January 2006.
(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
