# The Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016, Regulation 108A: General provisions about regulations under these Regulations


(1) Regulations under these Regulations are to be made by Scottish statutory instrument subject to the negative procedure.
(2) Regulations under these Regulations may make supplementary, incidental, transitional or saving provision.
