# The Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
(2) In this Order “the Order” means the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Oreder 2000; and
“the trust” means the trust established by the Order.
