  "text": "PUBLIC HEALTH, ENGLAND AND WALES\nPUBLIC HEALTH, SCOTLAND\nPUBLIC HEALTH, NORTHERN IRELAND\nMade 30th June 1998\nComing into force 1st July 1998\nWhereas a draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 1 (4A) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 and was approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State for Social Security with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 (1A) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:",
