Coming into force 1st August 1988
The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of powers conferred on him by sections 4(1) and 8(1) and (2) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
