# The Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into force on 25th May 2021.
(2) In this Order-
“the Act” means the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979;
“the 2015 Order” means the Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 2015.
