# The Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 1995, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order adds Haemophilus influenzae type b infection (Hib) to the list of diseases in respect of which payments can be made under the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979.
This Order does not impose any costs on business.
