Coming into force 30th May 2001
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 1(2)(i) and 2(2) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
