# The Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 2008, Article 3: Modification of conditions of entitlement


The condition of entitlement in section 2(1)(b) of the Act (age or time at which vaccination was carried out) shall be omitted in relation to vaccination against human papillomavirus.
