# The Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 2016, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 2016 and comes into force on 29th April 2016.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979.
