The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4(1) of Regulation (EC) 2160/2003 on the control of salmonella and other specified food-borne zoonotic agents^f1, makes the following Regulations.

In accordance with the requirements of Article 2A(2) of that Regulation, the Secretary of State has obtained the consent of the Scottish Ministers and the Welsh Ministers.
