  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations increase the amounts of the financial loss allowance and overnight accommodation allowance prescribed in relation to the performance of approved duties by members of valuation and coomunity charge tribunals. The amount of subsistence allowance prescribed in respect of duties exceeding 8 hours but not 12 hours is also increased.",
