# Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act 1956, Section 14: Stated case to Lands Valuation Appeal Court to set forth reasons for decision.


In addition to the matters required by section nine of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act, 1879, to be set forth in a stated case, there shall also be set forth a statment of the reasons for the decision of the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland.
