  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Valuation Roll and Valuation Notice (Scotland) Order 1989 which prescribes the form of the valuation roll and of valuation notices issued by assessors. Article 2 makes amendments in the prescribed form for valuation notices in light of changes in the timetable for appeal procedures being made by the Valuation Appeal Committee (Procedure in Appeals under the Valuation Acts) (Scotland) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/572).",
