Explanatory note

This Order amends the entry in the Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1984 which contains the timetable for the disposal by valuation appeal committees of appeals and complaints against entries in a valuation roll. That Order was most recently amended by the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988, which extended the period for disposal of such appeals and complaints from 31st March 1988 to 31st December 1988.

This Order extends the period for the disposal of such appeals and complaints to 30th June 1989.
