# The Valuation Tribunal for Wales (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and interpretation


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Valuation Tribunal for Wales (Amendment) Regulations 2017.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 December 2017.
(3) In these Regulations—
(a) “the 2010 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2010”) means the Valuation Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2010; and
(b) “the NDR Regulations” (“y Rheoliadau Ardrethu Annomestig”) means the Non-Domestic Rating (Alteration of Lists and Appeals) (Wales) Regulations 2005.
