Regulation 11 Amendment to the 2010 Regulations

for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

The President will constitute one of the Chairpersons and the Appointments Panel must appoint the remaining number of Chairpersons within the prescribed period.”;

in paragraph (3) for “election” substitute “appointment”.
