Regulation 7 Amendment to the 2010 Regulations

After regulation 8 insert—

“Appointments Panel of the Governing Council

8A.

(1)

On 1 December 2017 there will be established an Appointments Panel of the Governing Council.

(2)

The Appointments Panel must consist of three members of the Governing Council.

(3)

Where the Appointments Panel appoints Chairpersons, the Appointments Panel must not consist of any persons appointed by the Welsh Ministers under regulation 7.”
