Regulation 7 Amendments to the Valuation Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2010

In regulation 27(1) (interpretation), in the appropriate place in alphabetical order insert—

• ““electronic communication” (“cyfathrebiad electronig”) has the meaning given in section 15(1) of the Electronic Communications Act 2000^f1”;

• ““hearing” (“gwrandawiad”) means an oral hearing and includes a hearing conducted in whole or part by video link, telephone or other means of instantaneous two-way electronic communications;”
