# The Valuation Tribunal for Wales (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Regulation 8: Amendments to the Valuation Tribunal for Wales Regulations 2010


In regulation 31 (arrangements for appeals), after paragraph (5) insert—
“(6) Subject to any other provision in these Regulations, the Valuation Tribunal may regulate its own procedure.”
