  "text": "Subject to rule 9(2)(d)—\n(a) an appeal under Article 13(3) of the 1977 Order shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 1 within 28 days of the Department issuing the notice of determination;\n(b) an appeal under Article 31A(12B) of the 1977 Order shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 2 within 28 days of the Department issuing the notice of the result of the review;\n(c) an appeal under Article 54 of the 1977 Order shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 3 within 28 days of the Commissioner issuing the decision;\n(d) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(e) an appeal under regulation 10(1) of the 2008 Regulations shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 5 within 28 days of the Department or, as the case may be, the Executive issuing the notice of the result of the review.\n(f) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(g) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(h) an appeal under section 7(1) or (3) of the 2011 Act shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 8 within 28 days beginning with the relevant date.\n(i) an appeal under paragraph 9 of Schedule 8B to the 1977 Order shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 9 within 28 days of the Commissioner issuing the decision;\n(j) an appeal under regulation 18(1) of the 2017 Regulations shall be instituted by delivering to the Secretary a notice of appeal in accordance with Form 10 within three months of the Department issuing the notice under regulation 17(3).",
